Moving is part of most people's everyday lives; lifting your grocery bags from the boot, climbing up steps, reaching for a snack in the pantry. Pain should not be a part of your movement in life or in the gym.

FIND OUT WHAT WORKS FOR YOU
During your 45-minute Initial Movement Assessment, you will be individually assessed by a knowledgeable coach using 5 exercises that tests your biomechanics.
This is also the best time to discuss your training history, any limitations or injuries that may affect your movement.

Learn about your anatomy and create stability in your joints for a good foundation in your movement patterns.

Receive a personalised observation report at the end of your session.
