UNLIMITED SESSIONS + NUTRITION COACHING

 $95 / WEEK 

Customised programming, book in and have access to as many sessions a week. Fortnightly skinfold measure and individualised nutrition coaching.​​​​​​

2-4 SESSIONS PER WEEK

 $55 - $75 / WEEK 

Individually programmed, enjoy the flexibility to drop in to a small group coached session 2x to 4x per week depending on your training goals. 

OTHER MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

 FIFO/ HYBRID / 10 PACK SESSIONS

Have your own home gym and need to help with your technique? Looking to stay consistent with your training on and off site?

 

We offer FIFO, Online & 10-pack options so that you can tailor your fitness routine around your schedule.
